The applicant was instructed to obtain after-the-fact building permits addressing the <br />changes made to the structure, as well as permits to make the directed changes to remove the building <br />footprint and volume expansions: gable, door surround, and chimney. The hardcover should be reduced <br />to the conforming level approved by Resolution 6796 of 3,389 square feet. <br /> <br />A denial resolution will be placed on the Council’s March 30th agenda finalizing their decision for adoption. <br /> <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are available from the City Clerk after <br />review and approval by the City Council.
