PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Planning Commission of the
City of Orono, Minnesota will hold
a regular meeting on Monday, July
18, 2022 at 6 pm. The Planning
Commission will hold a public hear-
ing on the matter of reviewing the
following land use application:
LA22-000032 Petit Design,
3349 Crystal Bay Road, requests
setback and hardcover variances
for a house and deck addition on
the lakeside of the home. (Staff:

LA22-000034 Concept Land-
scaping, 1350 Rest Point Circle,
requests variance for lakeyard set-
backs to replace failing retaining
walls and the lake access stair sys-

LA22-000035 Alexander Design
Group, 2659 Casco Point Road,
requests variances for hardcover,
lot area and lot width in conjunction
with redevelopment of the property.

will be available on the City website
(mm.ci.orono.mn.us) the Friday
before the meeting, or by contact-
ing the City Hall at 952-249-4600
and speaking with the planner as-
sociated with that application. Writ-
ten comments are requested by
July 11, 2022 but will be accepted
until the Council meeting.
