We have encountered a scheduling conflict with the dates of the upcoming City Council
Meetings and the 60-day notification requirement for the DNR review. Your
application was extended to Friday February 9th, 2018 due to the DNR review
requirements however the City Council doesn’t meet until the following Monday
February 12th, 2018 after the expiration of the 120-day City review timing. This is not
uncommon, however we need to assure that your application does not expire before
the City Council has an opportunity to review it.
To solve this timing conflict we suggest that you request a 3 day extension so your
application will be reviewed and acted on at the Monday February 12th City Council
Meeting. If this timing is acceptable to you please respond by email with your
request to extend the application review timing until Tuesday, February 13th.
