WI�EREAS, die City of Orono is a municipal organization existing under the
laws af the State of Ieiiinnesota; and -
V�'�IE��i,S, the City of Orono has determined that there shc�uld not be velucle
parking on certain streets in tlie City of�.Oroilo; and
-•�VH �'ItEAS,_d�e streets .to be .designated "No Parking Tow Away Zone" are �
under the jurisdiction of Flennepin County.
• � NOVV;"r�3[EP.EFORE BE IT I�SOLVED that flie City of Orono does hereby
; request.Hennepin County Public Works to post the foliowing streets as "No Par.king Tow laway
Zone":
1. North Shore Drive, beginning on the weslerly side of the Noerenberg bricl�� o��
3017 North Shore Drive and proceeding westerly to 3980 Nortli �horc Drive,
both sides of the street.
2. Tonkawa Road from the intersection of North Shore Drive northerly to 114Q
Tonkawa Road, both sides of thz street.
3. Shadywood Road beginning at the intersection of North Shore Drive soud�erly to
'the Coffee Bridge or 1940 Shadywood Road, both sides of the street.
