Olson <br />2720 Fox Street <br />Wayzata, Mn. 55391 <br />RE: Septic System Repairs <br />Dear Mr. Olson: <br />Your septic system was la: nspected by me on August 17, 1982, <br />and at that time was founQ _o be discharging to the ground <br />surface. You were issued orders to have the system repaired <br />within 90 days. My files indicate no permit has been issued <br />for repairs, and I presume no work has been done yet. <br />This is to inform you that on or about April 1, 1983, I will <br />reinspect your system and if it is still failing at that time <br />I will issue final orders to repair within 90 days. <br />If at the end of that time you have failed to comply, citations <br />will be issued and the matter will be referred to the City <br />prosecuting attorney for appropriate legal action. <br />Where additional or replacement drainfield is required, a site <br />evaluation and design proposal must be submitted before a repair <br />permit can be issued.
