The current Park avenue right-of-way at a 30' width is undevelopee�. The address of this undeveloped property shall be changed from 460 Park Avenue to 455 Tonkawa Raad. 2. All of the Conclusions, Order and Conditions of Resolution No. 3506 are still applicable and shall be enforced by the City. 3. 3ohn Murphy of Murphy Brothers Building and Remodeling Company, the current owner, and John and Bridgette Nesser, petitioners, have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the Chain of Titie of the property.
