I hereto certify that this is a true and correct plat of a survey of Lot 21 and the
West 264 feet of Lot 18, Auditor's Subdivision 0229, Hennepin County, Minn., and that
part of Lot 16, said Auditor's Subdivision described as follows: Commencing at a point
on the quarter line 147.5 ft. north of the center of Sec. 4, Township 117, Range 231
thence southerly on said line a distance of 1379.5 ft., more or less, to a point ..n
said line 103 ft. northerly of the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of St.•th-
east quarter of said Section; thence easterly at right angles to said quarter line
AW544.5 ft., thence southerly parallel to said quarter line 55 ft; thence easterly at
right angles to said quarter line a distance of 264.0 ft., to the Northeastcorner of
the West 264.0 ft. of Lot 18, said Auditor's Subdivision; theme North parallel with
