PETITIONER: Stephen Kaster

PRESENT ZONING: R--1C (one acre)
ALTERNATIVE ACTIONS: 1, Recommend approval as requested

STAFF REPORT: Mr. Kaster has over three acres of land and would like
to place the garage closer to the road than the home. The garage would
be 114' from the roast, but the ordinance prohibits accessory buildings
being constructed closer to the road than the primary structure.
Ordinance 31�340 makes an exception for lake lots and since this lot
over -looks a marsh, there is some reason to consider a variance. I
would recommend that you take a look at this lot if you have an opportunity.
