Re: Completion of Plat Work for Fox Wood Second Addition
Dear Denny:
The City is unable to complete the file work for your
subdivision of 3 lots as we have yet to receive the Letter of
Credit for the required improvements. To my knowledge, the City
has yet to receive the estimate of your contractor for those
improvements. Please remember the Letter of Credit must be
written to 150% of the amount of those improvements.
Please contact my office if you have any questions
concerning the above request. You should be aware that the City
staff is unable to issue building permits until the final plat
work is completed by the developer.
