RRH & Co, our client, asked that the City agree to amend the Developer's Agreement such that the obligation to construct a road will only be triggered when and if the time comes to develop Lot 2 of Block 1. At present, Lots 1 and 3 may be served by a driveway, rather than the road that is contemplated in the Developer's Agreement. We ask that the City of Orono grant our request to amend the Developer's Agreement; we believe that the interests of both our client as well as the City will be served by these amendments. We would like to be able to discuss the Petition with you at your convenience. I understand that we will be on the agenda for April 1lth. We look forward to hearing from you soon. One of my associates, Sue Steinwall (347-7171), has been assisting me on this matter. Please feel free to give either one of us a call. Thank you for your assistance.
