At your request, I am forwarding to you a Consent form to
be executed by the property owner(s) of part of Outlot A, Foxwood
Second Addition.
As you recall, we could not file the Developer's Agreement
for this plat because Mr. Kumlin did not own the entire portion of
Outlot A. I had contacted the Hennepin County Examiner of Titles'
office to discuss the situation. The Deputy Examiner suggested
that the property owner(s) sign a Consent form, which could be
attached to the Developer's Agreement and filed.
It is my understanding you will give this Consent document
to Mr. Kumlin's realtor for execution by the owner(s) of the
portion of Outlot A not owned by Mr. Kumlin. The Deputy Examiner
suggested a second alternative, which we may turn to if the first
alternative is not acceptable to the property owners in question.
At this point, the Consent form in the most expedient alternative.
