RE: Proposed Subdivision for Dennis Kumlin
Dear Ms. Mabusth:
Enclosed, in connection with Mr. Kumlin's proposed
subdivision, find a copy of a proposed Declaration of Private
Road Easement and Declaration of Covenants for Maintenance of
Same, Road and Utilities Easement and Flowage and Conservation
Easement and Waiver of Damages, all in favor of the City. I
would appreciate it if you would review each of these and
advise if these will satisfy the special conditions of the
approval of the plat set forth in your notice of May 26, 1989,
specifically, items 1, 2, 3, and 6. If a developer's agreement
is required as set forth in item no. 5, I would appreciate it
if you would provide a form of the same to us for our review
prior to execution.
