Planning Commission recommends the following:
Approval subject tr conditions noted below
NOTES AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Applicant to grant access and utility easements over private road
outlot.
2. Applicant to submit proof that private covenants will assure future
upkeep and maintenance of private road.
3. Access to Lots 1, 2, and 3 must be via private road. No direct access
onto Fox Street is approved.
4. Applicant must submit choices for name of private road prior to final
plat approval for Council's review and recommendation.
5. Applicant must execute a developer's agreement and post appropriate
security for all road improvements not completed by final plat
approval.
6. City to ask for a Flowage 6 Conservation Easement over wetlands area.
As staff advised at the meeting, the standards for the private road
improvements will be reviewed by the City Engineer. Mr. Cook has confirmed
that he will send a letter re-evaluating the impact of the subdivision to
the south. You will be notified as soon as his report is received by the
City.
Preliminary discussions with the Engineer suggest that he will be
asked for an upgrade of the standards originally approved with your
subdivision.
Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as:
City Council Monday, June 12, 1989; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m.
