A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HENNEPIN COUNTY TO
pREPARE FINAL PLANS FOR THE COUNTY ROAD 15 - EAST END PROJECT
VVI�REAS, County Road 15 from Orono Orchard Road to Hillside Drive is in
need of rehabilitation, and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has proposed a reconstruction project for this •
. portion of Counry Road 15, and �
WI�REAS, the city has approved preliminary plans for the project, and
WHEREAS, the city's share of the project costs have been estimated at $57,500.
• NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orono City Council does
hereby authorize Hennepin County to proceed with the preparation of final plans for the project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city's fmal approval of the project is
subject to review of final plans and final costs.
Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of October, 1995.
