SUBJECT: Addition - 2620 Fox Street, Bueh.
I reviewed and inspected this existing systc probing
and direct measurement, I found that the firs. ink is
approximately 11'0" from the existing house. the tei..Lers propose
a 12' extension to the west of existing house:. Since the footings
for the two story addition would fall directly over the tank cover,
it will be necessary to remove the tank and replace it with a new
precast 1,000 gallc. tank (to meet code for first tank to one side
(see sketch).
The applicant should be warned chat the existing drainfield and
second tank will be in close pre imity to the construction end must
not be disturbed i.e. no driving over it, pilling fill, caterpillars,
etc. Also, septic contractor should repair existing second tank
as necessary and add stacks to it.
