As I understand it, the Village has approved the
proposed subdivision of the Dodd property, formerly
known ,s 'he Snoke Property on Fox Street.
The property is to be subdivided as per "he plat by
Gordon Coffin, which has been filed with you. ?de may
sell and deed those proposed lots a:ith an easement for
road purposes in -the location as diagramed. This road
will not be improved except for lot driveway purposes.
Also, we are expected to move the two sheds on the
property.
Will you please verify this a�_-' give me nny other
instructions which the Villa e requires via return mail.
