Dear Jeanne,
In that I am the architect, owner and general contractor for
my home, the Ostreim residence, Fox St., Orono, Minnesota; I
am informing you that work is proceeding, expeditiously to
complete the project. We expect that all work will be complete
on or before October 31, 1987 and that all items on the
building inspector's list will be resolved by this same date.
In response to the stairway to the attic which is in question,
my wife and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City
and all its officials, employees and agents from any claims
of damagzs, including attorney fees, that may result from the
ascertion against them of any claims arising out of the use of
the stairway by our family, relations or guests.
I wish to thank you again for your continued assistance. It
is greatly appreciated.
