A RESOLAJTION APPROVING �'I� APPLICATION OF
ORONO HOCKEY BOOSTERS, INC. FOR
A ONE DAY OFF'-SITE GAMSLING PEIZMIT
WHER�AS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. are licensed to conduct lawful
gamrling activities, and �
W�iEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. pro�oses to conduct a one day
off-site gambling activity (raffle) as part of its annual pa.ncake breakfast at the Orono High
Schoul on January 21, 19�6, and
��lZEAS, the Orono Hockey Booster, Inc. is required to obtain. apgrova.l of
the off-site gambling activity from th.e city in which the activity will occur.

approve the application of the Orono Hockey Bo�sters, Inc. to conduct a one day off-site
gambling activity (raffle) at the Orono High Sch�ol on January 21, 1996.
