Dear Mr. Koch:
The City staff has had a ciiance to review the second round of testing completed for the Bruce
Kelley property at 2340 Fox Street. Staff had concerns with the two test sites proposed for the
eastern lot. Staff would like the opportunity to meet with you at the site to discuss possible
redesign and/or relocation of one site and relocation of second site because 0, apes in excess
of 6%.
Mr. Kelley would appreciate your responding as soon as possible as lie is anxious to present his
revised preliminary plat before the City's Planning Commission. Please call my office so I can
arrange to have a member of the staff meet with you at the site or if you have any questions
pertaining to staff's concerns with the testing for the eastern lot (Jeanne Mabusth, 473-7357).
