Staff had concerns with the two test sites proposed for the <br />eastern lot. Staff would like the opportunity to meet with you at the site to discuss possible <br />redesign and/or relocation of one site and relocation of second site because 0, apes in excess <br />of 6%. <br />Mr. Kelley would appreciate your responding as soon as possible as lie is anxious to present his <br />revised preliminary plat before the City's Planning Commission.
