A RESOLUTION APPROVING
- A DNISION OF LOTS PREVIOUSLY COMBINED
FOR TAX PURPOSES LOCATED AT
300 TONKA AVENUE �
, FILE NO. 2122
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing
under the laws �f the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ciry of Orono (hereinafter "City Council")
has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within
the Ciry; and
� WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of
a lot line rearrangement by Karen S. Skoog and Tamera A. Christensen (hereinafter "the
subdividers") of properties legally described on the survey attached to this resolution as Parcels
A and B (hereinafter "the property"); and
WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a
Class I subdivision of properti�s legally combined for tax purposes for division and combination .
purposes.
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No. 3�2l 1 vacating a part
of Hill Street as shown and legally described on the survey attached to this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Orono hereby approves the Class I subdivision and combination of the above referenced properties.
for the subdividers as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg, a licensed
surveyor of Coffm and Gronberg, Inc., dated February 8, 1995, most revised date May 9, 1996,
and attached to this resolution, subject to the following conditions:

1. Upon approval of this division by the City Council, Philip A. Skoog and Karen S.
Skoog shall apply to the City for the legal combination of the parcels described as
Parcel A in the above referenced survey.
2. Upon the.approval of this division by the City Council, David W. Christensen and
, Tamera A. Christensen shall apply to the City for the legal combination of the
parcels describecl in Parcel B in the above referenced survey.
3. In approving the division and combination as proposed by subdividers, the Council
hereby agrees to the waiving of the $12,000 sewer unit charge against combined
Lots 17 and 18, Block 5, Bayside Addition to Lake Minnetonka (PID OS-117-23
14 0042). �
4. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed
• by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin Counry Recorder's Office or
Registrar of Titles O�ce on or before November 13, 1996 together with a certified
original copy af this resolution.
5. 'r'he subdividers are hereby advised that in order to fulfill the intent of this
subdivision, that additional documentation must be created to provide for the legal
transfer of Fee Title and recording of easements.
6. The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the division has not been
filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new
application with the City of Orono for subdivision review.
