WIiEREE9,S, the Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund i
excludes part-time police officers unless a resolution is adepted by the governing body to ,
establish eligibility for coverage in the Police and Fire fund. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of �
Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota that effective March 12, 1996, the position Correy Farnick '
holds is that of a police officer as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 353.64, Subdivision � �
. 2, pursuant to which said employee shall become a member of the Public Employees Retirement �
Association Police and Fire Fund. �
