CITY ENGINEER'S REPOR City Engineer Kellogg state e had nothing to report. CITY ADMINIST OR'S REPORT *8. RENEW OF CONTRACT FOR PROSECUTION SERVICES Bremer move , McMillan seconded, to approve the one year renewal of the contract for prosecution ervices with Ken Potts with an annual fee of $31,500, and the renewal of the one year contract f forfeitures to be billed at the rate of $85.00 per hour.
