the Ci�y; and
WI�REAS, tlle City Council has consider�d the apglicatio.Z for a subdivisro» of
��1 a lot line rearrangement by Nancy Krause and Dan Handlin arid tll� Cit;� o�Orc►no (hereir�aft�r
"th� subdiv�ders") of properties legally described as Lots 20, 21 and 2G, �3lock 7, and Lot 23,
I�lock 7, �ll in Crystal Bay View, He�nepin Couniy, Minnes�ta (hereinafter "the properry"); and
WI-��REAS, the subdividers have compl.°ted all �equi.reznenrs of the City for a
metes and bounds siibdivision of a lot li.ne rearrangement for division and c�mbination gur}�ases
resulting iii the relocation of the common b�undary between sai� Lots 20-22 and Lot 23.
�TOW, THEREFOR�, lBE IT R�50L'�D, tEzat the City Conncil of the C.ity of.
Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of°a lot linc rearrangenient for �,'ancy
Krause and Dan Handlui and Lie Ci�y af Qrono as sh.own csn the Cerrificate of aur,vey by Roz�aicl
, J. 5�4�enson dated June 17, 1996, :evised June 2.7, 1�9b, and attached to tli;s resolution, s�zbject
to the foll�wing conditions:
1. Applicants shall si�n the above noted survey �vhere ir.d.icated antl shall provide a
� 1" = 200' copy to the City:
2. Upon City Council approval of this subdivisiun, the City will take the necessary
steps to convey Parcel A as shown on the above referenced survey, to Hennepin
County for sale to the adjacent proper�� owner.

3. Upon purchase of said Parcel A, applicants Krause and Handlin shall legally
combine for tax purposes their existing Lots 20-22 and Parcel A per the proposed
legal descriptions in the above noted survey.
4. Within 60 days of the date of purchase of Parcel A, applicants Handlin and Krause
shall rel�cate the driveway serving their residence at 3860 North Shore I�rive to
a location within their property boundaries, eliminating any driveway
encroaclunent onto the City parcel, Parcel B, as defined on the above noted survey.
5. The aforesaid division shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed
by the City of Orono with the Hennepin �ounty Recorder's Office on or beforP
March 9, 1997 together with a certif ed original copy of this resolution.
6. The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the division has not been
filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new
•" application with the Ciry of Orono for subdivision review.
Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota this 9th day September, 1996.
