Dear Mr. Krantz:
I received your letter indicating you plan on repairing/
replacing your septic system this summer. Before I can issue
a repair permit to your contractor, you must submit a site
evaluation and system design as described in the attached
three -page "Repairs" worksheet. I am also enclosing a list of
known site evaluators and a list of licensed system installers
for you to use �Ls you wish. I will bp happy t teet on the
site with you to discuss any questions you may ave.
