Re: House Addition for Joanne Ashdowne 6 Peter Watson
Upon excavation for the new addition, it was discovered
that the foundations for the existing house differed
substantially from our original assumption. The
discovered condition requires an une?rein foundation
system along the entire west wall of the existing house.
The attached detail was added to the Contract Documents as
foundation detail for that location. The contractor is
coy ncing work on this foundation immediately.
