RE: 1925 Fox Street, Wayzata, Minnesota
Dear Mr. Gaffron:
I received your On -Site Sewage Treatment Inspection Report
last week. Please excuse my delay in responding. I have
been out of town.
Please be advised that I am now the owner of the property at
1925 Fox Street. I took possession of the home in January
of 1982. The system, to the best of my knowledge, is an
old septic system which runs from the west side of the house,
straight down the yard in a westerly direction. You will
find the tank covered by a small rock in the center of the
west yard. Please feel free to inspect it. I will be happy
to cooperate if anything is wrong.
