Box 66 Crystal Bay, Minnesota 55323 H 12.333-0417 O 1Oy i ; t ;7 VILLAGE OF ORONO Re: Lucian and Virginia Strong - William Waldron Dear Hank: This is a follow up on our telephone conversation of May 9. Lucian and Virginia Strong live at 1820 Fox Street. Their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Waldron, live at 1880 Fox Street. As shown on the survey which I am enclosing, the Strongs own Parcel A. the Waldrons own the unnumbered parcel immediately west of the Strongs' property, and Parcel B is the parcel which Mr. and tars. Strong have sold to Mr, and Mrs. Waldron under deed dated September 22, 1976. For tax purposes, we would like to have the boundary lines of these adjoin-ng parcels adjusted to reflect the actual ownership. My arithmetic indicates that the Waldron parcel, exclusive of Parcel B. is roughly ten acres, that the Strong parcel (Parcel A) is roughly eight acres, and Parcel B is roughly two acres. The :,et result of the transfer, therefore, is that the Waldron parcel becomes approximately twelve acres, and the Strong parcel is approximately eight acres. Under these circumstances, I am hoping that the Village of Orono will permit an appropriate adjustment in boundary lines without the necessity for full compliance with its subdivision ordinances, which really do not seem to apply to this type of situation. Thank; you very much for your consideration in this matter. TRM:PAB Enclosure Very tr y yours, Thomas R. Mahler
