SUBJECT: #557 Edgar Mertz, 1820 Fox Street - Subdivision
My preliminary review of the soil survey and wetlands map indicates
the lot to be created contains no designated wetlands. The soil
map indicates Erin loam and Cordova silty clay loam soils, neither
of which are highly suitable for drainfields. A full site evaluation
should be conducted prior to final subdivision approval. The existing
system will be inspected for compliance and I will recommend whether
a secondary site should be tested.
