A RESOLUTION TO AMEND YEAR VIII
OF TAE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Orono has executed a joint cooperation -
agreement with Hennepin County agreeing to participate in the Urban .
Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant program, and •
WHEREAS, the Orono City Council has acted to undertake �
activities funded through the program each year of its participation
and ,
WHEREAS, the City wished to amend the activities , and
� WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a pubiic "hearing on
September 12, 1983 , to gain citizen input on the amendments. �
• NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Oronb City Council
amends the Urbari flennepin County Community Development Block Grant
Program for years VIII and IX as follows : . �
