A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE THAT THE �
PART-TIME POSITION HELD BY
KENNETH SCOTT HALL
IS THAT OF A POLICE OFFICER
WHEREAS,that Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund excludes
part-time police o�cers unless a resolution is adopted by the governing body to establish eligibility
for coverage in the Police and Fire fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Hennepin County, Minnesota that effective April 15, 1997,the position Kenneth Scott Hall holds
� is that of a police officer as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 353.64, Subdivision 2,pursuant
to which said employee shall become a member of the Public Employees Retirement Association
Police and Fire k'und.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,Minnesota at a regular meeting held April
14, 1997.
