Because the <br />plumbing element of your request was overlooked and an additional public hearing is being held on <br />September 191h with final Council approval on or after September 26th; the current deadline for City action on <br />your application of September 26th is being extended by an additional 60-days. Please note that pursuant to <br />Minn.
