The Orono Planning Commission voted on a motion to recommend approval of the variance
permitting plumbing within the accessory structure as requested contingent upon the property owner
signing the plumbing within accessory structure covenant as noted within the staff memo.
VOTE: 6 FOR 0 AGAINST
Applicant’s next meeting is tentatively scheduled as: Monday, September 26th
This is a City Council meeting. The meeting begins at 7 PM
