Dear Mr. Gregory:
The Village and Lakes M-nnetor.ka Conservation District
have put pressure :,n Hennepin County to place temporary
sanitary facilities on the corner of County Road #1S and
Orono Orchard Road South due to the heavy usage of the
area.
Hennepin County will place such facility on that corner
if we obtain an easement to place and service same. This
is only a temporary easement and could be revoked by your
notifying them and allowing them 30 days for the removal.
Your signature on the enclosed easement or your comments
would be greatly appreciated.
