All construction, unless otherwise noted, is to be performed ;n •3trict accordance with the provisions of Ninnesota Rules Parr, 706O Individual Sewage Treatment Systems Standards (formerly WFC 40). NO soil from the house excavation or any ctr source shall be place on top of the drainfield area before, di ing, or after drainfield construction. 7. Drainfield trench construction may begin only when the soil to be exposed during trench excavations is at a moisture content below plastic limit so as to avoid smearing and compaction of the infil-_ trat_ve surface. In general, if the soil can be rolled into a " wire without crumbling, it,is above the plastic li.•'t. Capped inspection pipes shall be installed at the end of each trench as noted in detail drawings, except that the pipes shall extend 4" above final grade. 14. Final grading upslope of the drainfield area shall provide for diversion of runoff away from the drainfield, as shall grading around the septic tank(s). 15. Turf establishment shall be the r owner. 16. The site evaluator/designer shall the effects of any changes in the desi preauthorized by mo in writing.
