Dear Mr. Macke:
This letter is to inform you that the City of Orono and Hanser have agreed to enter into a
cooperative effort to construct a holding pond in an a t that is near or adjacent to your
property.
The s-hedule of events will be that Sutherland's Nurse). will begin tree and brush removal
immediately. John Schoening Excavating will begin snow ,coioval to allow the frost to penetrate
deeper. Once that is accomplished tithe utual digging of the bond will begin. The soil from the
digging will be placed on the outside of the pond area aria :eft there until it is dry, sometime
during the early summer the soil will be graded and seeded.
Those should not be any disruption in sere ice or access to. ytur property other than you being
able to see the activity.
