The City of Orono is required to notify you within fifteen (15) business days as to the status of your
variance application for property located at 1105 Brown Road S. . Our preliminary review indicates that
your application is complete.
Your application is scheduled to appear before the Planning Commission on Monday, June 15. The
meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. Please make sure that you or your representative is available to attend the
meeting. You will be mailed a staff report regarding your application prior to the meeting date;
alternatively, the staff report and agenda will be made available the Friday prior to the meeting on the
City's website at www.ci.arono.mn.us. Search for the Planning Commission materials under the meeting
date by following the link "Meeting Information".
