Dear Sir:
It has come to the attention of this Department that a radio tower has recently been installed at
the above referenced property. This letter is to notify you of City zoning requirements for radio
antennas. Antennas are considered to be accessory structures and cannot be more than 30 feet
high and no higher than the principal structure (house). You may apply for a conditional use
permit which, if granted, would allow an antenna structure up to 65 feet high, set back from any
property line a distance at least equal to the total height of the antenna structure. Enclosed is
a conditional use permit application. Please submit the application with the required submittals
or if you choose, remove the antenna tower before November 1, 1993.
