SITE EVALUATION REPORT
FOR TOM TERRY
IN THE NW/4 OF SECTION 2-117-23
ORONO, 14INNESOTA
On April 11-12, 1988 percolation testing and soil borings were done on the
above property with the results and system design following in this report. In
addition to the following requirements, two se tic tanks of 1000 gallons are
needed along with a third pumping tank of X0 gallons in order to house the pump
for pressure distribution to the proposed mound system.
All construction and materia!s must adhere to the provisions of the City of
Orono. All construction traffic and grading must be kept off both the primary
and the a!t2rnate drainfield sites.
