The <br />property to be subdivided is approximately 45 acres in size, much of which is designated wetland. <br />The City Council reviewed, and approved the preliminary plat on April 12, 1999. Please see <br />attached Resolution No. 4267. <br />The subdivider is requesting the Council approve the name for Outlot C (Private Road) to be <br />"Carriage Lane". <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve the Final Plat of "Carriage Hill" subject to the <br />conditions noted in the Final Plat Resolution. <br />The applicant is advised the final plat shall not be filed until all the conditions in the final plat are <br />met by the subdivider. <br />
