We would recommend to designate this area as a separate drainage area, and provide modeling sufficient to show that the existing condition peak flow rates are maintained for the 2, 10, and 100 year Atlas-14 storm events. Requested information is now shown on the Preliminary Plat document 2. Building envelopes are shown for reference only. Individual house designs will be finalized with building permit application. For purposes of stormwater design, we have assumed a total building envelope area of up to 5,600 square feet. 3. Placeholder sections in SWMP are not relevant and have been removed from updated SWMP. 4. Tree survey list has been included in Conservation Design report 5. Invasive Species Removal Plan section of Conservation Design Report has been updated to reflect actual field conditions(no known invasive species onsite) 6. Area calculations are shown in SWMP now. 7. Wetland Delineation Report included in submitted documents ES. Legal descriptions will be provided with Final Plat 9. Property Owner(Ethan DeNaray) will be developer 10.
