Per our conversation, this is my official request to withdraw my application. Also if you
would please hold my escrow check and I'll swing by sometime early next month to grab it.

I wanted to touch base with you regarding 860 Brown Rd Subdivision Preliminary Plat
application. Your application was technically completed on February 10, 2022 when your
engineer submitted the amended updated documents. We discussed that there was some
clarification needed due to the watershed application and Hennepin county’s comments. On
February 15, 2022 you provided direction to pause the review. Since you have made a
complete application we have a deadline of 180 days for the council to take action on the
application.
I am looking to get a status of the application. How do you plan to move forward? Are you
going to proceed with the preliminary plat application? Are you planning to withdraw the
application?
