NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Planning Commission of
the City of Orono, Minnesota will
hoId a regular meeting on Tuesday,
February 22, 2022 at 6 pm. Plan-
ning Commission will hold a public
hearing on the matter of reviewing
the following land use applications:
LA21-000076 Yardscapes,
Inc. - Lincoln Danforth, 1720 Bohns
Point Road, requests hardcover
and 75-foot lakeyard setback vari-
ances to allow the reconstruction of

LA22-000001 Tim & Leslie
Oare and John & Michele Abbott,
2941 Casco Point Road and 2967
Casco Point Road, request hard-
cover variances, a lot area variance
for a guest house, and a Condition-

Written comments are requested
by February 15, 2022 but will be
accepted until the Council meeting.
