A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE THAT THE
PART-TIME POSITION HELD BY .
STEVEN ALLEN McNALLY
IS THAT OF A POLICE OFFICER
WHEREAS,that Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund excludes
part-time police officers unless a resolution is adopted by the governing body to establish eligibility
for coverage in the Police and Fire Fund. '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Hennepin County, Minnesota that effective October 13, 1997,the position Steven Allen McNally
holds is that of a police officer as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 353.64, Subdivision 2,
� pursuant to which said employee shall become a member of the Public Employees Retirement
Association Police and Fire Fund.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held
October 13, 1997. �
