Dear Ms. Nettleton,
I have reviewed the drawings for the proposed greeni.-use
structure for the Joner's residence at 1950 Fox Ridge Road. Once
agsiz, the plans appear to confirm the proposed improvements
discusser: at the site with Mrs. Jones.
If Mr. Widmer plans to bring the existing septic tanks into code
compliance, I would advise that this be completed before
construction of the greenhouse. Your client's contractor may
apply for a building permit at any time.
