moo <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> < ~� NO. 7677 <br /> 'kkESH0' <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION <br /> WHEREAS,the city of Orono is authorized by Minn. Stat.465.03 to accept donations of property <br /> for the benefit of its people and is specifically authorized to accept gifts; and <br /> WHEREAS,Lafayette Country Club,has made a donation of 4 rounds of golf to the Orono Police <br /> Department; and <br /> WHEREAS,the value of this donation is $400.00; and <br /> WHEREAS,the donation has been donated to Orono for the benefit of its residents; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it is appropriate to accept the donation. <br /> RESOLVED that the Orono City Council gratefully accepts the donation valued at$400.00. <br /> FURTHER, police department staff will acknowledge receipt of the donation and express <br /> appreciation to Lafayette Country Club. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held on April 13, 2026. <br /> ATTEST: 1 CITY OF ORONO <br /> Chris'Lusi.,y Clerk Bob Tunheim, Mayor <br />
