Requirement - Per the site plan, it looks like you are proposing to demolish the house and garage only. Please advise if any other hardcover will be removed such as driveway or sidewalks, etc. The only other hardcover to be removed at this site will be the sidewalk. 2. Requirement - MCWD PERMITS: Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's (MCWDs) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding your project. Please note, the City of Orono will not issue a building permit without a copy of the MCWD permit or documentation from the MCWD staff stating the proposed project does not trigger any of their permitting requirements. I spoke with Abigale Couture, at WCWD, and was issued a letter stating that a permit from them is not needed for the house demo and uploaded it to our permit application for your review and approval. We would like to begin the house demo tomorrow pending permit approval. Please advise if there is anything else you need from me to approve our permit.
