Dear Yunes Abuishainen:
Hennepin County has determined that the lower-potency hemp edibles registration
application that you submitted on January 15, 2026 is in compliance with the standards
of Hennepin County Ordinance Number 27, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 342, and
Minnesota Rules Chapter 9810. This registration is therefore approved.
Please notify Julia Selleys at 612-543-5211, prior to completion of the construction,
remodel or conversion so a final inspection may be scheduled.
An invoice from Hennepin County will arrive shortly for any remaining
registration fees. All fees must be paid prior to scheduling a final inspection.
The proposed facility may not be constructed, remodeled or converted except in
accordance with the plans and specifications as they are now approved by
Hennepin County. Please contact me for any proposed changes or additions.
You may not open for business until your proposed facility has been inspected
and approved by Hennepin County and has final approval and a license from the
Office of Cannabis Management.
