Dear. Mr. Byhoth:
As you are aware, your sewer connection was not completed due to
the elevation of the sewer stub. The stub is too high to serve
the basement level by gravity. Based on a conversation with your
contractor, it appears that a sump or sewage ejection pump would
be necessary to serve the basement level, while keeping the upper
level on gravity flow.
Your plumber must obtain a permit before making these changes.
Although the deadline for hookup was August 1, 1979, we will
extend the deadline for you to December 31, 1979. If we can be
of any assistance to you in completing the hookup, please do not
hesitate to call.
