Dear Mr. Dongoske:
A division of Lot 5, Forest Arms Country Club, into three
parcels was approved by the Village Council in 1969. I
am enclosing a copy of the Minutes of that meeting saying
the division was contingent on combining the divided
parcels with adjacent properties. To date, this has not
been clone according to our records.
Combinations are simpl, a matter of going to the Assessor's
office and signing a form permitting him to do this for
you.
Your early attention to this detail will be greatly appreciated.
